Payment is required before orders are prepared or shipped. CJSCannedJams reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or packages damaged after delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
6. No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
7. Product Storage & Safety
Customers are responsible for properly storing products after purchase. Refrigeration instructions should be followed after opening.
CJSCannedJams is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup.

All branding, logos, product names, labels, photos, and content associated with CJSCannedJams are the property of CJSCannedJams and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
