Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During holidays, sales, or high-order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped through the USPS Ground Advantage service unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
We may occasionally offer promotional or free shipping specials.
Packaging
Each jar is securely wrapped and packaged with care to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
While we do our best to protect every shipment, CJS Canned Jams is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or carrier handling.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the damaged package and products immediately upon arrival.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photos when reaching out.
We will review the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
CJS Canned Jams is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages requiring reshipment.
Local Pickup (If Offered)
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Sevierville, Tennessee area.
Customers will be contacted with pickup details after the order is ready.
